Our first step is to get to know our clients and the motivation to sell as this affects how we approach the staging process.
Typically the first meeting takes place at your home (Covid-19 Secure of course!) and the initial consultation is free!
After meeting, and upon your agreement to move forward, I will prepare a Summary of Findings Report which will detail at a high level my recommendations and areas of focus.
This report will typically address the whole property including the garden and that important "kerb appeal" keeping in mind your budget and needs.
Once you've reviewed my Summary of Findings report we will discuss in depth the areas you would like to explore more whether its all or just a selection of areas to focus on.
Once we have a plan of action I will provide a Deep Dive plan highlighting costs and timescales to complete the staging of your home.
Its your choice whether you want to manage the recommended changes or to leave it up to us. We have a wealth of tradesmen and contacts that you can rely on if required.
Seeing the changes that Staging can bring to your home is very exciting and we will be there to ensure the full vision is achieved - ensuring that you are involved at every step.
Once your house staging is complete I will work with your real estate agents to ensure that your house is re-presented accurately online with updated images.
